Dr. Roland Amoussou is a distinguished expert in international law with over 25 years of experience spanning international business law, banking and financial regulations, international arbitration, cryptocurrencies, and digital asset business operations. As the co-founder and president of the Asiafrica Foundation, he spearheads initiatives that foster economic, cultural, and academic exchanges between Africa and Asia.

Dr. Amoussou serves as a Management Board Member of the African Legal Support Facility (ALSF), where he provides strategic guidance on complex development projects, sovereign debt restructuring, investment agreements, and arbitration involving African governments. He is also the author of the pioneering "Cryptolawgy" series, which offers critical legal insights into cryptocurrency and digital asset regulations worldwide.

Beyond his legal expertise, Dr. Amoussou was anointed as Prince and has played a pivotal diplomatic role in strengthening relations between Benin and Thailand. He was a prominent representative of Benin and the Kingdom of Savalou at the Thai Silk Road to the World event, showcasing cultural diplomacy through fashion and heritage. His commitment to bridging technology, policy, regulation, and social impact has led to the development of innovative blockchain projects, including Asiafrica Coin and Simba Oba, aimed at supporting education, culture, and entrepreneurship.

He holds a Ph.D. in Law, specializing in international business law and cross-border transactions. A certified arbitrator and legal consultant, he also possesses specialized certifications in blockchain law and financial compliance.

Beyond academia and law, Dr. Amoussou is a martial arts expert and former gold medalist, embodying discipline and resilience. He is also deeply passionate about Afro-Latin music and literature, frequently giving international lectures and supervised academic research in these fields. 

Dr. Amoussou was recognized as the "African Man of the Year 2022" for his contributions to legal development and cross-cultural initiatives. He is also the award-winning author of the spy fiction novel "The Secret Agent Honored by Trump" (2025), a thrilling exploration of international espionage and geopolitics.
